Through a live Instagram broadcast with El Rumi, Raffi Ahmad expressed his readiness to become the organizer or promoter of the boxing match between El Rumi and Jefri Nichol.
Before that, Raffi Ahmad asked about El Rumi's seriousness in this match,
"Are you going to fight against Nichol?" Raffi Ahmad asked in his Instagram live broadcast on Monday (16/10/2023) night.
"Yes, with Jefri Nichol," El Rumi answered.
"I'm ready to be the promoter. Are you serious? If you are, I will find a big venue," Raffi Ahmad asked again.
El agreed that Raffi Ahmad would become the promoter of his boxing match with Jefri Nichol. El himself mentioned that the initial plan for his boxing match with Nichol would be held in November 2023.

Both El Rumi and Jefri Nichol feel confident that they will win. El Rumi himself went viral after he won a boxing championship belt by defeating his opponent, Winson Reynaldi, at the Holywings Sport Show Volume 2 event held in June 2022.
