The Reason Febby Rastanty is Serious About Running, Fits with Her 'Selfish' Schedule as an Artist

Febby Rastanty is now seriously and professionally pursuing her hobby of marathon running for the past year. The beautiful 30-year-old actress
considers running to be the type of sport that best fits her busy work schedule.

Febby explains that running provides a freedom of time that she does not find in other sports like tennis or badminton. She does not have to feel burdened to find a playing partner or to book a court before starting her physical activities.

Her busy life as a public figure who often moves between shooting locations makes Febby have to be smart in managing her own time. She can remain consistent in running even in difficult terrains as long as she brings complete running gear.

"Meanwhile, when I run, I can do it anywhere, whether I'm shooting in the middle of a mountain, in the rice fields, at the beach, in all kinds of terrains, as long as I bring my running clothes," explained Febby.
