Fardhan Khan and Mikaila Patritz have been married for 10 years. Their marriage has been harmonious and far from negative rumors. Like other married couples, Fardhan and Mikaila Patritz have experienced tough times in the early years of their marriage.
"Actually, when we were dating, everything was fine. The first two years of marriage were quite difficult, heavy," said Mikaila Patritz in FYP, quoted from the TRANS7 OFFICIAL YouTube channel, on Sunday (10/11).
"At first, I actually wanted to get married first, and we could think about having kids later. We want to understand each other for these two years, to work as a team, living together is apparently not easy," she explained.
One of the keys to their household in facing problems is that they must be resolved before sleeping. Â "So we both always commit, no matter how big the problem is, we have to make peace before sleeping," concluded this father of two children.
"The point is I always tell him, I want to be able to sleep cuddling. If we are still sleeping back-to-back, I won’t sleep. I will stay awake until, 'Finish it now. If not, I don’t want to sleep,'" explained Mikaila.
"It may be cliché, but you really have to accept your partner's shortcomings. And if we have a formula, debates and fights are unavoidable, whether in dating or especially in marriage. Now, what needs to be done is we must both be aware that arguments or debates are just part of marriage, it's bound to happen," explained Fardhan.
