During an interview with the KapanLagi.com team in Blitar, on Thursday (14/8), Memed casually responded to the pros and cons from netizens regarding himself and sound horeg.
The owner of the full name Aziz actually uses the negative responses from netizens as a reference for himself in his work. According to him, the people who commented do not understand the sound of horeg. Mas Memed also asked Mas Bre for advice on how to respond to the opposing people's reactions.
Amazingly, Mas Memed does not feel down. This is because his mentality has been trained since he first joined Brewog Audio.
"Because from the very first time Brewog Audio, his name rose like that, many were criticizing. So, from the beginning, with Mas Bre, I was trained to have a strong mentality, if joining brewog," Memed Potensio explained.
This criticism existed long before Memed went viral on social media. He admitted it was there from the early days of the Brewog carnival. "There are indeed criticisms, Kak. Some of them, discussing family matters, that's already too much," he explained.
The family of Mas Memed, especially his beloved wife, was initially displeased with the derogatory comments directed at her husband. Memed tried to calm his family down. "As for the family, I’m the one who calms them down, don’t think about it, they don’t know either. Some nephews are like that too, asking why, what are they being criticized for now? But, I try to calm them down," concluded Memed.
