Kapanlagi.com - As a business practitioner, Diana Puspita also felt suffocated during the pandemic. As we know, Diana, who recently starred in the soap opera Catatan Harian Aisha, has opened a coffee shop called Living Room located on Jalan Kemang Raya, South Jakarta.

Diana admitted that the impact of the pandemic is very real on her business. However, the challenges she has to face are not just about income. She has to deal with other problems as well.

"I cried. But with this one-year celebration, it reminds us of how strong our team is in going through the PPKM. There are so many challenges, besides the PPKM, many (employees) also got sick," said Diana at her coffee shop named Living Room, during the recent celebration of its 1st anniversary.

1. Semangat

Willingly or not, Diana had to dig into her own pocket to keep her coffee shop running. She even admitted to paying her employees' salaries from her own wallet. But there is something that keeps Diana motivated. What is it?

"Alhamdulillah, when I found out that many customers were waiting for us to open, it strengthened me and my team to keep fighting. Even though we stumbled, we always remember our goal," she explained.

2. Berkembang

Diana remains motivated because she believes in the future prospects of her coffee shop. She plans to open a second branch to create new job opportunities and get closer to customers.

"Even during the pandemic, we still have to open new branches and create new job opportunities. We want to attract customers who are willing to try our coffee and get closer to them. The plan is in Tangerang Selatan because there are a lot of coffee lovers there. Hopefully, it can be realized," she continued.

In her final explanation, Diana also talked about the concept of her coffee shop. "When you enter here, it feels like entering your own home. Because now, coffee is not just a trend, but a part of daily life. It feels like something is missing if you don't have coffee," she concluded.
