Kapanlagi.com - The vocalist of the band Sisitipsi, Muhammad Fauzan Lubis or better known as Ojan, has apparently been familiar with drugs for a long time. Ojan was caught by the West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Unit on Thursday (17/3) at 00.30 AM at Blok M Square, South Jakarta.
When arrested, the police found a 0.2 gram leftover clip of marijuana. According to the Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metro Police, Kombes Pol E Zulpan, Ojan Sisitipsi has been close to illegal drugs since 2010.
"He started to know about marijuana since 2010. He has also consumed crystal meth from 2014 to 2019, and stopped using it in 2019," said Zulpan when met at the West Jakarta Police Station on Friday (19/3).

In addition, to the investigators, Ojan admitted to using drugs for his daily life. He claimed to use marijuana to support his activities.
"The use of narcotics is used to support his daily activities as a musician even though this is a violation of the law. It is not justified for any reason," said Zulpan.

In addition to the remnants of marijuana use, the police also seized evidence including five and a half xanax pills, half a dumolid pill, one alprazolam pill, one lavol capsule, prescriptions for psychotropic drugs, and his black Jazz car. As well as one pack of paper at his home in the Larangan area, Cipadu, Tangerang.
From the urine test results, Ojan was found positive for THC. The police charged Muhammad Fauzan with Article 127 paragraph 1 of the Narcotics Law No. 35 of 2009 with a maximum penalty of 5 years in prison.
Before being apprehended by authorities, Ojan apparently consumed marijuana coffee at a cafe in the Summarecon Bekasi area of West Java. Ojan admitted to doing so last on Sunday (3/6).
In addition to consuming marijuana coffee, Ojan also admitted to consuming psychotropic drugs recently at his home. Ojan has now also been designated as a suspect.
"The suspect admitted to last consuming coffee containing marijuana on Sunday, March 6, 2022, at a cafe in the Summarecon Bekasi area," said Zulpan at the West Jakarta Metro Police Station on Friday (3/18).
