The legendary Indonesian singer, Titiek Puspa, passed away today, Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 4:25 PM WIB at Medistra Hospital, Jakarta. Titiek died at the age of 87 after being treated for approximately 15 days due to a brain hemorrhage on the left side of her head.

"Last year I still had the chance to share the stage with grandmother @titiekpuspa_official, I was very shocked to hear the news today. Farewell grandmother, thank you for your works and all the good energy you brought in every meeting. We love you, Grandmother Titiek," wrote Leony.
Designer Anne Avantie stated that she received news of Titiek Puspa's passing while on a train traveling to Jakarta.
"Farewell Eyang Titiek Puspa, the maestro, senior to all of us artists in Indonesia. Since the beginning of Hetty's career, even from the Festival era, she has always been fully supported by Eyang Titiek, who often served as a judge when Hetty was still competing.
