Trial Verdict Postponed, Ryszard Bleszynski's Party Tells about the Defamation Case Committed by Tamara Bleszynski

Kapanlagi.com - The trial verdict of the civil lawsuit filed by Ryszard Bleszynski against Tamara Bleszynski regarding the Rp 34 billion medical treatment of their father has been postponed. The panel of judges at the South Jakarta District Court will only be held next week, and the verdict will be read through e-court.

Susanti Agustina, the legal representative of Ryszard Bleszynski, admitted to experiencing losses. However, this is due to another case, namely the defamation committed by Tamara against her brother on social media.

"Regarding the other case, Tamara was reported by Mr. Rick to the West Java Regional Police regarding the Information and Electronic Transactions Law, so Tamara has been questioned, if I'm not mistaken, 3 times, attended the Regional Police, and mediation has been conducted but it was not successful," Susanti said at the South Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (3/10/2023).

"It has affected Mr. Rik's business, I hold the legal position in Mr. Rik's company. But, there are several of Mr. Rik's businesses that have been disrupted, several investments in the company are currently stagnant, maybe because of this news," Susanti added.

1. Posting Photos that Bring Down

The case began when Tamara posted photos of Ryszard Bleszynski with derogatory words. Feeling harmed, Ryszard Bleszynski finally reported Tamara to the Bandung Police.

"As far as I know, there is a photo of Mr. Rick and he said these words here 'remind your father's will, have a debt with your late father, and a debt to the heirs because you were appointed by your father to share the inheritance'," said Susanti.

"And there's more, look at this (showing evidence) taken down by him. So actually, it has been circulated everywhere. And it's still there in May. He said it was taken down in April, but it's still there from April-May," Susanti added.

2. Already Undergone Mediation

Mediation between Ryszard Bleszynski and Tamara has also been done. However, there was no agreement reached and it was declared unsuccessful by the investigator.

"Mediation failed, and there have also been expert witnesses, at that time he used Hotman Paris, now if I'm not mistaken Hendri Yoso, just ask," she concluded.
