Tsania Marwa Confused in Finding a Way to Meet Her Two Children, Even Though the Court Has Granted Custody to Her

For 7 years, Tsania has been unable to interact with her two children and communicate. However, she is the custodian of the children's rights from Atalarik Syah.

"Marwa tells me a lot. Until this moment, she finds it difficult to meet her children who live with Atalarik," said Herdyan Saksono, Tsania's legal representative, when contacted by phone on Tuesday (31/10/2023).

From the beginning, Tsania Marwa, according to Herdyan, has been trying to meet her children directly. One of the efforts made was to go to her ex-husband's house, Atalarik Syah.

"We even attempted to execute the decision of the Cibinong Religious Court, but it was in vain. The children locked the door when Marwa came," he said.

Tsania Marwa and Herdyan suspect that the actions taken by their two children are because Atalarik has already slandered the 32-year-old woman. That's why, when they came to Atalarik's house, their two children locked themselves in their room and refused to meet the person who gave birth to them. 

"According to Marwa, this is definitely true and not just a suspicion. Atalarik used old-fashioned methods, he slandered Marwa to the children. When Marwa left the house, she informed the children that their mother did not leave without saying anything," said Herdyan.   "Then outside, their mother is said to often go out with other men besides their father. This is what made the children not want to meet their mother," Herdyan continued.

For that reason, Tsania Marwa and Herdyan are confused about what else they should do to be able to meet their children. Moreover, the man who is familiarly called Arik also does not comply with the court's decision.

"Yes, we are also confused, even the court's decision does not work for Marwa to be with her children again. We ask the President to regulate, so that the custodian of these children's rights can obtain their rights," Herdyan concluded.
