Tsania Marwa Does Not Report Ex-Husband Atalarik Syach to the Police, The Pain of 7 Years and 6 Months is Enough

"I hope this becomes a turning point for all parents who are separated from their children even though they have custody rights, so they can obtain justice for their rights, and of course, I have high hopes for the relevant parties, namely the Indonesian National Police, to implement this fairly and wisely", she wrote.

Being separated from her child for almost eight years has made the film star of Dalam Migrab Cinta choose to take the lesson from it. Tsania Marwa also prefers to be sincere with all the pain she has experienced due to the injustices all this time.

"If indeed the tears and pain I have experienced for 7 years and 6 months bring such great wisdom, I am sincere. I hope this outcome can be a help for thousands or more mothers who are experiencing what I went through. This is it. Allahuakbar," she continued.

Her struggle in the Constitutional Court was not to imprison her ex-husband who violated the court's decision. Rather, it was to assist mothers out there who are also fighting for justice after their marriages have ended.

"Will I report the father of my children? The answer is: NO. Why? It's too late! Seven years and 6 months my two children have been separated from me, and of course, there is an impact on the thoughts of the children that have already been 'shaped,'" added Tsania Marwa.
