Sultan Djorghi apparently went through a long process before deciding to convert religion.
There was a moment when his heart was touched and finally determined to become a Muslim. This happened when he often had trouble sleeping. But after hearing the dawn call to prayer, his heart became calm and easily fell asleep.
"Previously, I could be said to have difficulty sleeping, it was uncomfortable. I could sleep after listening to the dawn call to prayer," said Sultan Djorghi quoted from the SCTV YouTube channel, Saturday (16/4/2022).
He also admitted that he feels comfortable with the sound of the dawn call to prayer, which of course makes him interested in Islam.
Sultan Djorghi decided to embrace Islam during high school. He deepened his religion by studying under Ustaz Jefri Al Buchori, also known as Uje.
Uje taught Sultan Djorghi to read the Quran and perform prayers. In addition, Sultan Djorghi also learned through various religious studies.
Until now, he continues to study religious studies and often attends religious lectures to further expand his knowledge of religion.
