Vadel Badjideh Responds to Police Summons, Legal Counsel Denies Allegations of Immorality

Kapanlagi.com - Vadel Badjideh has finally responded to the summons from the South Jakarta Metro Police investigators regarding the alleged immorality case reported by Nikita Mirzani. Vadel was accompanied by his legal counsel, Razman Arif Nasution, who emphasized that they would deny all allegations directed at his client.

Razman explained that Vadel was actually scheduled to appear the previous Monday. However, due to health reasons and other commitments, his appearance had to be postponed until today.

"Vadel was summoned today, originally scheduled for last Monday. Due to other commitments and Vadel not being in good health, he had to focus on his health and gather the evidence again," Razman stated when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday (13/2/2025) evening.

Razman also highlighted the circulating information regarding the relationship between Lolly, Nikita Mirzani's daughter, and Vadel. He urged the public not to make assumptions that could harm his client.

"But there should not be news suggesting that Vadel has committed the alleged acts, or that Lolly has shared information outside of what she has previously stated. So if she provides a different statement from what she conveyed earlier, it also poses legal risks for Lolly," he asserted.

1. Allegations of Sexual Relations & Abortion Unproven

According to Razman, he has discussed with the relevant parties, including Martin, Vadel's brother, and a person believed to have important information in this case. He assures that the allegations directed at Vadel, such as sexual relations or abortion, are unproven.

"Last night I still talked heart to heart with Vadel, talked heart to heart with Martin. I asked, Martin, is there information that she (Lolly) told differently? She requested that the BAP be corrected. I asked, 'Martin, honestly, is there really a sexual relationship between them? Secondly, is it true that there was an abortion?' Martin immediately said, 'Uncle, we are ready for whatever happens'," Razman revealed.

2. Ready to Provide Testimony According to Facts

Razman also stated that Vadel is ready to provide testimony that aligns with the facts. His client has discussed with the legal team and ensured that no criminal acts have been committed.

"There is no such thing as criminal behavior. Therefore, we are accompanying Vadel today for questioning," added Razman.

This case originated from a report by Nikita Mirzani accusing Vadel of actions that harmed Lolly. However, Razman hopes that the legal process can proceed fairly and not harm any party.
