Vicky Prasetyo Used to Be the Top Rank in Class and a Champion in Lectures

When he was a guest on the Orami Indonesia Youtube channel, Vicky poured out all of his past to renowned psychologist Liza Marielly Djaprie. Who would have thought that the man who works as a presenter grew up in a broken home.

The story goes that Vicky's parents often argued, and his mother even often received harsh treatment from her husband. Because she couldn't stand it anymore, Vicky's mother finally divorced her husband. Since his parents separated, Vicky and his mother, along with his siblings, have had to struggle hard to live without a figurehead in the family.

1. Received Scholarship for Always Being the First Champion

Despite all the problems he experienced when he was young, Vicky turned out to be an accomplished student at his school. He even received a scholarship for always coming out as the class champion.

"On one hand, I didn't bother him, thank God I got a scholarship as the first rank. So my behavior doesn't match my knowledge," Vicky reminisced.

2. Champion of Speech, Destined to Become a Preacher

Vicky himself once entered a pesantren (Islamic boarding school) when he was in junior high school. During that time, the vocalist of Kudeta Band discovered his talent as a preacher.

"I was the first rank, the overall champion, the champion of speeches. Because I was trained in Hadoroh knowledge, like creating a good Mukadimah (introduction). So, since I was young, I was created to be a preacher to speak in front of hundreds of people," he continued.
