The sad news of Vidi Aldiano's passing has left deep sorrow for his family and fans. After being laid to rest at the funeral home in the Cilandak area, the body of the 35-year-old singer is planned to be buried soon. Armand Maulana, who also came to pay his respects, provided information regarding the location and time of his friend's burial.

According to Armand, Vidi Aldiano will be buried at the Public Cemetery (TPU) Tanah Kusir, South Jakarta. The burial ceremony is scheduled to take place tomorrow, Sunday (08/03/2026), in the morning.

"In...Tanah Kusir. God willing, it's said to be at 10 AM tomorrow," said Armand Maulana when met at the funeral home in the Cilandak area, South Jakarta, Saturday (07/03/2026).

The timing of the funeral likely considers various factors, including the presence of family and relatives who wish to pay their last respects.

Before the burial, Vidi's body was washed and prayed over by the attendees, with Habib Jafar leading the first group of the funeral prayer.

Armand Maulana also recounted the emotional yet calm atmosphere at the mourning house. He saw Vidi's family, including his wife Sheila Dara, appearing strong in facing this trial.

Vidi's passing during the month of Ramadan, specifically on the night of Nuzulul Quran, provides a bit of comfort for those left behind. "Alhamdulillah, the family seemed strong and sincere, as seen earlier," added Dewi Gita, who accompanied Armand.

Vidi Aldiano passed away after battling kidney cancer. The funeral plans at Tanah Kusir are expected to go smoothly. "May the family also be granted patience, Insyaallah. Amen," concluded Armand in prayer.
