Vino G Bastian, Maudy Koesnaedi, and Darius Sinatrya Selected as Judges for INDONESIA BOX MOVIE AWARDS 2020

Kapanlagi.com - Vino G Bastian, Maudy Koesnaedi, and Darius Sinathrya will serve as judges for the INDONESIA BOX MOVIE AWARD (IBOMA) 2020. Along with other national film professionals, they will evaluate 10 Indonesian Box Office films that will be aired on SCTV.

There are 10 Indonesian Box Office films competing for several nomination awards at the INDONESIA BOX MOVIE AWARD 2020. As one of the judges, Vino said he gained a lot of knowledge from the opportunity to be a judge.

"Besides being a judge, personally, I also gained new knowledge from my friends. About our film industry, how the evaluation process works, seeing different perspectives of a film," said Vino G Bastian when met in Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Thursday (5/3).

At that time, Vino was also accompanied by Maudy and Darius. Maudy Koesnaedi said, "All the judges evaluated all 10 films in all categories, then we chose the top 3 from each category."

In addition, Darius also described the atmosphere of the IBOMA 2020 judging process, which was very flowing and warm. He felt happy to hear various opinions from other judges.

"When it comes to the judging process, our discussions flowed smoothly and warmly. I personally felt glad that everyone wanted to give their opinions and also wanted to listen. So we really exchanged ideas," said Darius.

Previously, SCTV has held an awards event for 10 Indonesian Box Office Films since 2016. Fortunately, this event will be broadcast again on March 20, 2020.

The selection of film nominations in this event is certainly based on their quality and distinctive characteristics. The ten films participating in the IBOMA 2020 event are DILAN 1991, IMPERFECT: KARIR, CINTA & TIMBANGAN, DUA GARIS BIRU, DANUR 3: SUNYARURI, HABIBIE & AINUN 3, MY STUPID BOSS 2, PEREMPUAN TANAH JAHANAM, KUNTILANAK 2, KELUARGA CEMARA, and GUNDALA: NEGERI INI BUTUH PATRIOT.
