Viral Because of Wrongly Entering the Busway Lane, Here's Zoe Levana's Explanation

In relation to this, a representative from Zoe's side provided an explanation. They stated that it was an unintentional mistake for Zoe's car to enter the Busway lane. 

Zoe also admitted that at that time she did not know that her car could enter the Busway lane. "So, we wanted to pay taxes in the Pluit area, we turned the steering wheel to the left but ended up hitting other cars," said Zoe Levana's representative when contacted by the media on Wednesday (22/5).

"Finally, we were cornered on the busway road even though we didn't know whether it was a busway or not because there was no sign indicating it. So we were forced to turn right," concluded Zoe Levana's representative.

"After turning right, there were rocks on the busway lane and we wanted to reverse, but suddenly there was another bus. I said 'reverse, sir, reverse,' but it turned out that the buses were connected, there were two of them, so we couldn't reverse," she continued.

Therefore, the car that Zoe was riding in was forced into the busway lane and trapped for 4 hours. When asked further, Zoe mentioned that the driver asked them to make the situation viral because he believed that the busway would not operate unless the passengers were full.

"Finally, we had to move forward, we queued up and waited for 5 buses to fill up with passengers. We had to be stuck for 4 hours, trapped for 4 hours waiting for the bus to be filled with passengers. I got off, Kak Zoe also got off and then the driver said, 'Ma'am, please make this viral, the busway in this area is empty now, who knows it could be crowded with this situation, because everyone is driving private vehicles,'" she said.

Zoe happily complied with the request and uploaded the moment to her personal social media.

"So Zoe immediately felt moved in her heart and uploaded her video. After that, Zoe wanted to upload a statement that as Indonesian society, we are not inferior to those abroad in preserving public transportation in cities, that's what she meant," she concluded.
