Visiting the Depok Police, Okan Kornelius Brings Three Witnesses to Imprison Lee Sachi, His Former Wife

Kapanlagi.com - Actor Okan Kornelius accompanied by his legal counsel, Sri Dharen, visited the Depok Metro Police on Saturday (27/3). His visit was to undergo examination related to his report against his ex-wife, Lee Sachi, for alleged defamation on social media.

Not stopping there, Okan, who is also a witness, brought two other people to provide additional testimony regarding his report. After the examination, Sri Dharen revealed the three witnesses who will be questioned by the investigators regarding his client's report against Lee Sachi.

1. Bring Two People

"Today we responded to the summons for additional information from the investigators. We brought two people as witnesses," said Sri Dharen after Okan Cornelius underwent questioning.

"The witnesses, especially Mr. Okan, are the second and third parties within Okan's house. He knows exactly what happened from beginning to end," he continued.

During the interrogation, Okan received twenty questions from the investigators. Not only did he provide additional information, but Okan Cornelius also brought some additional evidence to strengthen his report.

2. Additional Evidence

"Earlier, we received 20 questions and now the examination is finished. We provided information and some additional evidence to strengthen the report we made yesterday," concluded Sri Dhare.

Previously, Okan Cornelius reported Lee Sachi for alleged defamation on social media. The report refers to Lee Sachi's statement claiming to have been expelled and lost luxury items at Okan Cornelius' house, even though Lee had made an agreement to leave the house due to a lack of compatibility.

3. Leading Public Opinion

Meanwhile, Okan Kornelius mentioned that Lee Sachi has been leading public opinion which has resulted in damage to his reputation as a public figure. In response to the report, Lee Sachi is charged under Article 27 paragraph (3) of Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning ITE in conjunction with Article 310 and 311 of the Indonesian Penal Code regarding defamation and slander conducted through electronic media.
