Wardatina Mawa Refuses to be Polygamous with Inara Rusli, Firmly Divorced

The household of Wardatina Mawa, commonly known as Mawa, and Insanul Fahmi is on the brink. Her husband, Insanul Fahmi, is reported to have conducted a religious marriage with Inara Rusli, the ex-wife of Virgoun, without the consent of his first wife.

The news of this religious marriage is certainly a heavy blow for Mawa. Although Insanul Fahmi is said to want to maintain both marriages or be polygamous, that desire is one-sided as Mawa firmly rejects it.

Mawa's lawyer, Darma Praja Pratama, emphasized that his client has made a firm decision to end her marriage. Mawa is unwilling to live a married life under the concept of polygamy with Inara Rusli.

"Mawa has been clear that she will separate and will proceed with the divorce process, but she is indeed waiting for the ongoing police process first. That's it, that's it. Especially regarding the polygamy part," said Darma when met in the Grogol area, West Jakarta, on Tuesday (23/12/2025).

Currently, Mawa's main focus is to complete the police report she has filed at the Metro Jaya Police. The report pertains to alleged legal violations committed by Insanul Fahmi during their marriage.

Mawa chose to complete the criminal process first before proceeding to the religious court. She wants to ensure her husband's legal status is clear before formally filing for divorce.

Regarding the circulating issue that there is a certain group intentionally providing video evidence of the marriage between Insanul and Inara to Mawa, Darma responded casually. He feels that the accusation is baseless and fabricated.

"We don't even understand what kind of group it is, or what it means. So if he really wants to talk, he should be clear about it. Who is it, right?" he said.

Darma also confirmed that the video evidence held by Mawa is purely a valid finding. He denied rumors suggesting that Virgoun was involved in providing that evidence to undermine Inara."As for Virgoun, we have already stated previously, right? But as for who it is, we cannot disclose that because it is already part of the investigation materials," he concluded.
