Wearing a Red Vest, Nikita Mirzani's Photo Transferred to Pondok Bambu Prison After Leaving the District Attorney's Office

Artist Nikita Mirzani has officially been transferred from the South Jakarta District Attorney's office to Pondok Bambu Prison in East Jakarta on Thursday (5/6/2025). This transfer occurred after the completion of stage II of the handover of the suspect and evidence from the police to the prosecutor's office.

Upon leaving the South Jakarta District Attorney's office, the mother of three appeared to be wearing a red prison vest. Accompanied by her lawyer, Fahmi Bachmid, Nikita immediately entered the prison vehicle without making any comments.

Fahmi Bachmid, who faithfully accompanied Nikita, chose not to provide a lengthy statement to the media. He explained why he preferred to be brief at that moment.

"Later at Pondok Bambu, I need to sign. Because I have to catch the car in front," said Fahmi.

When asked further about the legal process that his client would undergo, Fahmi only gave a brief answer. He assured that everything would be revealed in the upcoming trial. "Next, we will just open it in the trial. No problem," he said.

The media crew also asked about the evidence secured in the case involving Nikita Mirzani. However, Fahmi admitted that he did not yet know the details completely.

"I don't quite understand, let's do it later, I need to sign," he said hurriedly as he got into the car.

Meanwhile, the Pondok Bambu detention center confirmed that Nikita has officially begun her detention period for the next 20 days. The head of the Class I Pondok Bambu detention center, Nebi Viarleni, explained the calculation of the artist's detention time.

"Yes, Nikita Mirzani entered the Class 1 Pondok Bambu detention center from a 20-day detention, which is counted from June 5 to June 24, 2025," said Nebi at the Pondok Bambu detention center, East Jakarta, Thursday (6/5/2025).

Regarding Nikita's health condition when she first entered the detention center, Nebi mentioned that Nikita was in good condition. He also explained that Nikita was cooperative during the registration process.

"Her condition is healthy, thank God, and she is cooperative, able to answer questions from the registration officers. Overall, she is in good health," Nebi explained.

As per standard procedures at the Pondok Bambu detention center, new detainees will undergo an environmental orientation period first. This will also apply to Nikita Mirzani for some time to come.

"If the SOP during his time in Pondok Bambu Prison is that he will enter the special block for mapenaling for a maximum of one month. Where mapenaling is the initial period of environmental introduction in Pondok Bambu Prison, after which he will be placed in another block," explained Nebi.
