Wendy Wilson Cries Portraying Three Characters at Once in One Soap Opera

Kapanlagi.com - Beautiful artist Wendy Wilson is involved in the most recent soap opera on ANTV titled "Aku Bukan Dia" (I'm Not Her). Unlike other soap operas, here she portrays triplets, namely Saskia, Dira, and Riri. Of course, it is not easy to portray three people at once in one soap opera.

"There are definitely difficulties, because playing one character is already a challenge. Moreover, playing three characters that are very different from me," said Wendy Wilson during a virtual press conference on Sunday (3/1/2021).

Furthermore, the Indonesian-English mixed-race woman admitted that she had cried due to the difficulty of portraying three characters at once. "I have cried on set because I was so tired, as I had to portray three characters at once in one day," she said.

1. Three Different Characters

That's all, what's more troublesome is that the three characters she portrays here have different personalities and appearances.

"As for Riri, she's a bit difficult, she's the most different from me. I feel more comfortable when I wear her clothes, Riri's clothes are a bit tomboyish, while Dira is a bit elegant and Saskia is simple," she said.

"Then, doing different makeup and characters takes a lot of time, not to mention that during takes, I'm afraid of portraying the character wrong," added Wendy Wilson.

The soap opera "Aku Bukan Dia" airs on ANTV starting from January 4, 2021, every Monday to Sunday at 9:00 PM WIB. In addition to Wendy Wilson, several top artists in the country are also involved in the soap opera "Aku Bukan Dia". This soap opera tells the story of three twin girls who have been separated since birth and live different lives until a major conflict brings them together.
