As Sabda Ahessa did not attend, the trial will be held again on Thursday (29/2/2024) with the agenda of summoning the defendant again and continuing with the reading of the lawsuit.
"The first trial was on Thursday, February 22, but Sabda did not attend. Therefore, the judge postponed to summon again on Thursday, February 29," said Djuyamto.
2. The Trial Has Been Held, But...
If Sabda Ahessa does not attend the trial again, the judge can make a default judgment in this civil lawsuit.
"According to the provisions of procedural law, for the second summons to the defendant. If they do not attend, the judge will make a decision by default," he concluded.
