"We had a conversation earlier, 'Bunga, this song is indeed for you and Ashraf, so that Soulmate, soulmates who are ultimately separated by fate. But Bunga's love for Ashraf, Ashraf's love for Bunga will never disappear," said Yovie when met at the funeral home in Pejaten, South Jakarta (19/2) Wednesday night.

"I know Bunga's favorite song is Soulmate by Kahitna. But her performance that night was truly exceptional. We were all amazed to see her sing that night," he added.
In addition, Yovie himself admitted that he was equally surprised as most people when he first heard the news of Ashraf's passing. He received the sad news while on his way to Medan.
"We didn't know that there would be a fateful event the next day, but we were definitely saddened. We were shocked at the airport in the morning, but we still went to Medan. Alhamdulillah, I am here now, and we are all praying for the best for Ashraf," said Yovie.
Ashraf Sinclair passed away at MMC Kuningan Hospital on February 18, 2020, Tuesday morning due to a heart attack. The late Ashraf Sinclair's body has been buried in San Diego Hills, Karawang, West Java.
