The agenda for this hearing was to listen to the testimony from the defendant Yudha Arfandi.
Tamara, along with her family sitting in the audience seats on the right side of the judges, was very focused on listening to Yudha Arfandi's testimony when questioned by the judges. She claimed that what Yudha Arfandi stated in court was not in accordance with the facts, meaning it was a lie.
"Well, being a defendant, of course, he will deny, he will definitely lie, but I believe that Allah is working," said Tamara at the East Jakarta District Court on Thursday (29/8/2024).
"Everything (is a lie) and I have also given my testimony in the BAP and yesterday's trial, so let the judges and everyone else be the ones to judge," Tamara added.

In the hearing, Yudha Arfandi admitted to committing violence against Tamara Tyasmara only once during their relationship as a couple. However, Tamara herself claimed that she experienced violence from Yudha multiple times.
"Yes, he said it was only that one time, but it was actually many times, and I have the evidence," said Tamara.

Tamara said that today's trial felt like watching a soap opera because Yudha Arfandi's testimony in front of the judges did not match the actual facts or contained many lies.
"It's like watching a soap opera, all scripted. He is indeed good at lying, but let it be, let the judges evaluate because the judges and the prosecutors are God's representatives in this world," concluded Tamara Tyasmara.
