Rafie was apprehended by the Narcotics Division of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police on Monday, May 17, 2021, around 16:00 WIB at Villa Sri Manganti, Ciracas, East Jakarta. From the arrest, evidence was found in the form of 0.9 grams of crystal methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

1. Two People Have Been Arrested

The Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Police Commissioner Yusru Yunus, stated that after further investigation, the police arrested two individuals suspected of being drug dealers, namely RW and AK.

"Until now, we are still conducting further development to apprehend other suspects in the network," said the Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Police Commissioner Yusri Yunus.

2. Threatened with 4 Years in Prison

For his actions, Rafie Zimah faces a maximum prison sentence of 4 years. He is charged under Article 127 paragraph (1) of the Indonesian Law no. 35 of 2009.

"Meanwhile, RW and AK face a maximum prison sentence of 20 years. They are charged under Article 114 paragraph (1) Sub Article 112 paragraph (1) of the Indonesian Law no. 35 of 2009," said Yusri Yunus.
