During School, Gunawan LIDA Admits to Skipping Classes and Being Involved in Fights

Kapanlagi.com - The runner-up of Liga Dangdut Indonesia (LIDA) 2020, Gunawan had an unforgettable experience during his school days. Many people don't know that Gunawan was a lazy student during his school days. He would come up with various excuses to skip school, such as pretending to be sick, waking up late, and so on.

"When I didn't go to school, I would pretend to be sick at home. Gunawan would wake up late, and when my dad and older brother went to the market, I wasn't ready yet, so I would hide and take a shower behind the bedroom door," Gunawan said in a virtual press conference on Monday (1/3/2021).

"After everyone had gone home, Gunawan would come out and greet them from hiding. So, the people at home thought I had come back from school. So that my mom would know I came back, even though I didn't go to school, I would hide behind the door," Gunawan added.

1. Caught by Parents

Apparently, Gunawan's pretending to go to school trick doesn't always work. There was a time when his parents caught him doing that. Automatically, Gunawan received a scolding from his father.

"I was scolded and hit by my parents because I didn't go to school," Gunawan said.

2. Involved in Brawls

Not only that, there was another mischievous act by Gunawan during his school days that people didn't know about. Gunawan admitted that he had been involved in brawls with students from other schools.

"I have been in brawls before. I even skipped classes just to brawl and fight with students from neighboring schools. But it didn't happen often," Gunawan concluded.

3. Protect Yourself and Others
