Failed Multiple Auditions, Madhani Grateful to Make it to the Top Three of D'Academy 6

Kapanlagi.com - After going through various preliminary rounds and challenges, D'Academy 6 Indosiar has now entered the top three. They are Owan (Boalemo), Novia (Serang), and Madhani (Serdang Bedagai).

Madhani, a participant from Serdang Bedagai, North Sumatra, feels happy, grateful, and did not expect to successfully pass to the top three.

"It feels especially grateful to enter the top three, I didn't expect it and I'm happy," said Madhani when interviewed by Kapanlagi.com in the Daan Mogot area, West Jakarta, on Sunday (18/2/2024).

1. Proud of His Struggle

Madhani feels proud of his struggle after successfully passing in the D'Academy 6 competition. Although he failed several times in previous auditions from season two to five, he did not give up. Finally, in D'Academy 6, he successfully passed to the top three.

"My struggle, I followed it from DA 2. So Madhani registered from DA2, DA3, DA4. But, it was not my fortune to enter Lida yet. At that time, I wanted to register for DA5, but it was late," said Madhani.

"Now I registered again for DA6 like 'let's try or not', at first 'no', I almost gave up, but there was a friend who supported and made a video," added Madhani.

2. Sempat Tidak Percaya

Madhani admitted that he initially didn't believe it when the D'Academy 6 team informed him that he passed the audition. Because he had failed several times before and almost gave up on auditioning for D'Academy 6.

"Madhani tried, in the name of God, he entered. Initially, Indosiar's team contacted him, is it true or not, and it turned out to be true. Our goal here is to become the champion. But still, I didn't expect (to make it to the top three), everyone else is really good, I didn't expect it," he said.

3. Want to Improve the Economy at Home

Madhani then revealed the reason why he wanted to try several times to participate in the D'Academy 6 competition. Besides wanting to improve the economy at home, Madhani's desire to participate in the D'Academy 6 competition was because of Dedy Suwandy or Deswa.

Deswa is a finalist from D'Academy from Deli Serdang, North Sumatra in the first season. He successfully made it to the top nine.

"DA 1 once had someone from Deli Serdang, when Deswa sang in the village. So cool to sing. So I decided to join," he said.
