Feeling Hindered from Meeting Her Child, Yendri LIDA Sends a Summons to Her Ex-Mother-in-Law

Therefore, Yendri, along with her lawyer, Rudi Kabunang, will send a summons letter to the mother of Monica Fuji, her ex-wife.

"The problem here is that our client is not given access, hindered from meeting her child. It can be categorized as a violation of Law No. 35 of 2014. Regarding the child's right to custody from their child. The threat is 7-9 years," said Rudi Kabunang, Wednesday (21/4) night.

1. Wait for Good Faith

Found in the Blok M area, South Jakarta, Rudi Kabunang emphasized that they will wait for good faith from Tiara Marleen. If the first summons is not responded to, he will directly send the second summons.

"So I am summoning the in-laws here to provide access to facilitate communication. If not, within 3x24 hours we will take legal action," he said.

2. Accusation that Yendri Never Provides for His Child

Tiara Marleen herself was known to be emotional when she found out that suddenly Yendri wanted to meet their child without asking for permission first. Furthermore, according to her, Tiara accused Yendri of never providing for their child and disappearing as if swallowed by the earth.

However, Yendri denied this and claimed to have evidence that he has been sending money to his ex-wife to buy all their child's needs. However, Yendri admitted that the amount is not always the same because it is affected by the Covid-19 virus.

"I can only provide as much as I can, especially in the current situation. I will attach proof of transfer. Even though the support is small. Even though I am not there, I will try my best," he concluded.
