Kapanlagi.com - Dinda Permata, a singer who emerged from the talent search show KDI, will finally get married on July 24, 2021. She was proposed by a man named Rizal whom she met while preparing a surprise birthday party for Rizky Ridho.

When contacted by phone on Saturday (17/7), the 29-year-old woman said she was introduced to her boyfriend's parents just three months after they met. It was because of the way her future husband's parents treated her that Dinda fell in love completely.

"Being close for three months and immediately being introduced to his parents. I don't know why, but when I met his parents, I fell in love with the way they welcomed and treated me. That's when I realized why my partner is good, because he was raised well by his parents," said Dinda Permata.

1. Admitting Initial Doubt

However, Dinda admitted that she initially had doubts about Rizal's proposal to get married. But because she saw his responsible attitude, Dinda believed that Rizal is the right person to accompany her in life.

"Which woman wouldn't like to be treated like a queen, protected, and immediately willing to take responsibility for my future life. The decision to get married was difficult for me because I am a very idealistic person, with many considerations," she said.

"But his character convinced me that he is the right person to support me, and I fell in love with the way he loves me. There was no proposal, it was my own desire. I wanted to go straight to marriage, in the past there were proposals but they didn't work out, haha," she continued.

2. Only Holding the Akad Ceremony

Now Dinda and her partner are counting down the days until their wedding. The plan is to hold the wedding in Medan and Jakarta, but they are being tested by the ongoing pandemic, so they have agreed to only hold the akad ceremony.

"Now we just have to wait for the time for our wedding and may Allah help us through the trials. Because of the pandemic, we have prepared for receptions in two cities, Medan and Jakarta, but considering the worsening situation in Jakarta, we decided to postpone it and only have it in Medan. But we will follow the PPKM regulations and be willing if it is not possible to hold the reception, we will only hold the akad ceremony," she concluded.
