Kapanlagi.com - Dangdut singer Dinda Permata apparently felt anxious because she thought she had been exposed to the Covid 19 virus after returning from out of town. However, after undergoing antigen and swab tests, the results were negative.

However, Dinda admitted that she experienced body aches, fever, cough, and a sore throat, similar to Covid 19 symptoms. Therefore, not wanting to take any risks, Dinda Permata chose to self-isolate.

"In January, I returned from out of town and felt several Covid symptoms like body aches, fever, cough, and a very sore throat, but my sense of taste and smell were not affected at all. When I returned, I did an antigen swab and the result was negative. I even asked my manager, but thank God the latest swab result was also negative," said Dinda Permata when contacted by phone on Saturday (17/7).

"Even though the swab result was negative and I felt the symptoms, I was a little worried. Not only worried about myself, but also the people around me. I didn't want anyone with weak immunity to get infected, so I ended up self-isolating," she continued.

1. Always Think Positive

During self-isolation, this 29-year-old woman tries to always think positive. As much as possible, she keeps herself busy with various enjoyable activities during self-isolation in her room.

"During isolation, I don't want to think negatively, just focus on taking care of myself, sunbathe on the balcony, take vitamins, get enough sleep without using AC, and watch Netflix to find comedy genres to laugh. Because basically, I think stress triggers all diseases, so I increase my worship and recitation during isolation to fill my time," said Dinda.

2. Strict Self-Isolation

Not wanting anything bad to happen to her siblings and mother, Dinda is very strict when doing self-isolation at her home. In fact, Dinda mentioned that no one is allowed near her room, and even for delivering food, it is enough to leave it in front of her room door.

"My mom and siblings stay in their rooms downstairs, they are not allowed near my room. Later, they take turns bringing food to the stairs in front of my room, then I wash it myself and put it back in the same place. I also spray it with disinfectant that I think I touched, and then it will be washed again downstairs. I have been doing this for 15 days, just to be cautious while being monitored by my friend who is a doctor," she said.

3. Negative Result

After feeling isolated enough, Dinda took another PCR test and the result was negative. According to Dinda, she did all of that as an initiative to keep people around her in good condition amidst the current Covid-19 pandemic.

"I felt enough with self-isolation and felt healthy, so I did a PCR swab test and Alhamdulillah the result was negative. So, even though there has never been a positive result, if you feel any symptoms, it's better to take the initiative to self-isolate, like what I did. Maybe at that time I was just tired, but because of the pandemic, it's better to be cautious," Dinda Permata said.
