Fitri Carlina Admits Thanks to YouTube for Several Performances in America

Kapanlagi.com - Dangdut singer Fitri Carlina has performed several times in America. According to her, the opportunity came thanks to her creating a YouTube account. Although not as big as other artists' accounts, she is grateful that the viewers of her account are not only from Indonesia.

"So I am very grateful and from there, the viewers are not only from Indonesia but also from abroad. Even from America. In fact, I had the opportunity to perform several times at big events in America because they saw me on my channel," said Fitri Carlina when met in South Jakarta, Friday (24/6/2022).

Asked about the income from the video-sharing platform, Fitri Carlina admitted that it is still not comparable to her income from singing on stage.

However, on the other hand, she is still grateful that thanks to the platform, her popularity is becoming more widely known. Even overseas.

"If the monetization results are still struggling compared to my singing shows. But if you have your own YouTube channel, it's not just about making money but also a place to be creative and produce our work," said the singer of the song ABG Tua.

2. Continuously Developing

Fitri Carlina created a new YouTube channel a few years ago. Her YouTube account continues to grow after joining Nagadigit.

"After my YouTube channel joined Nagadigit, its growth was amazing. Last year, my YouTube channel had only 10,000 subscribers and this year, after a year of development, it has reached 162,000 subscribers," she said.

3. Holding a License
