Kapanlagi.com - Dangdut singer Nassar had suffered from lung inflammation which required intensive care in the hospital a few months ago. As a result of his illness, Nassar's weight had drastically decreased.
Now, Nassar has stated that he has recovered from lung inflammation and is back to being active in the entertainment world.
"Thank God, I am healthy now and have recovered. I have a singing performance tonight, that's why I'm in a hurry," said Nassar during a press conference for DA Asia 6 at SCTV Tower, Jakarta, on Friday (16/6/2023).

Nassar stated that he is not worried about performing and working at night. Therefore, he ensures that he is ready to work as a commentator in the talent search event DA Asia 6, which will be held at night starting from June 20, 2023.
"The doctor allows me to work at night, but I cannot be near cigarette smoke or vape smoke, that's why I always bring a mask," said Nassar.
For Nassar, being on the DA Asia 6 stage is a happiness of its own, where he will act as a commentator evaluating the contestants' performances.
"It's true (the doctor advised me to be happy). Seeing people sing not only from our country, but also from other countries and seeing the strengths of others, it becomes entertainment for me," he said.
To support his health condition to remain optimal, in addition to adhering to restrictions, Nassar also tries to maintain his health through exercise, vitamin consumption, and adequate rest.
"Continue exercising, continue taking vitamins, continue taking medicine, the important thing is to have time to rest," he said.
Along with his improved health condition, Nassar's body weight also looks like it did before he got sick.
"Now, Alhamdulillah, it has gone up quite a bit. I want to gain more weight because I am no longer dieting," he said.
