Fitri Carlina admits that she is struggling with her husband's choice, Hendra Sumendap, who chose to work as a pilot at Oman Air and has to stay in the Arabian Peninsula. However, she has to be sincere with her husband's decision, who has been far away from her for almost a month now.

"(It's hard) because I'm crazy in love. Being left alone like this, whether I'm strong or not, capable or not. But I'm so grateful, my family supports me, my friends give me strength and support even though I sometimes throw tantrums like a child losing its mother. Inshallah, I have to be strong," said Fitri Carlina at Nagaswara office, Jakarta, on Monday (29/5/2023).

It's not easy for Fitri Carlina and her husband to be in a long-distance relationship across continents. But Fitri believes that she and Hendra can get through it.

"According to Enzy Storia, LDR is difficult, but with the right person, it's not hard," she said.

As a pilot's wife, fear and worry have become Fitri's daily 'food'. She hopes her husband will always be in good health and, most importantly, remain faithful to her.

During a month of LDR, Fitri Carlina admitted that she already misses her husband. One of her requests is for him to always answer her phone calls.

Fitri Carlina plans to visit her husband in Oman in the middle of this year.

"But God willing, I will go there in June. If I don't stay there permanently, it's because I still have work and business responsibilities here, so I'll go back and forth. If my husband decides to stay there," said Fitri.

Fitri Carlina revealed that her husband's desire to continue his career in the Middle East has been a long-standing goal.

"This has been my husband's dream for a long time. Even before we started dating, and this is a rare opportunity, finally there was information about pilot recruitment at Oman Air and last March, by the grace of God, Mr. Hendra was accepted. I think this is all fate from Allah. It must be accepted and lived with sincerity," said the singer of ABG Tua.
