Kapanlagi.com - The trial of the alleged drug abuse case involving Lucinta Luna was held again at the West Jakarta District Court on Wednesday (24/6/2020) with the agenda of hearing the testimonies of witnesses presented by the Public Prosecutor (JPU).
In the trial, the JPU presented four police officers who arrested Lucinta Luna as witnesses.
Each of the four police officers recounted the chronology of Lucinta Luna's arrest.
At that time, according to them, 7 riklona pills were found in Lucinta Luna's bag and two ecstasy pills were found in the trash.
Hearing the testimony of the witness, Lucinta Luna confirmed the ownership of riklona. However, the Bridzilla film actress denied the ownership of ecstasy. In fact, to convince the Judges, Lucinta Luna swore by mentioning the name of Allah.
"By the name of Allah, ecstasy is not mine," said Lucinta Luna.
After that, the Judges then interrogated the witness about the discovery of ecstasy in detail. Based on the testimony of one of the witnesses named Kanisius, Lucinta Luna did indeed refuse to admit that the ecstasy found in the trash belonged to her.
However, during the additional examination, Lucinta Luna finally admitted that the ecstasy found in the trash belonged to her.
Hearing that, Lucinta Luna was not satisfied. She argued that she had been forced by the police to admit the ownership of the two ecstasy pills.
"I was pressured, I was forced to admit that the ecstasy was mine, they said it would be faster. The investigator said if you cooperate, I will help you, and at that time I was not accompanied by a lawyer," said Lucinta Luna.
Responding to Lucinta Luna's statement, a witness named Ilham then said that during the continuation of the examination, Lucinta Luna did not receive any coercion or pressure. "No, Your Honor," said Ilham.
As it is known, Lucinta Luna was arrested in her apartment and was designated as a suspect of drug abuse by the Narcotics Unit of West Jakarta Metro Police on February 11th. From the arrest, the police confiscated 2 ecstasy pills and 7 riklona pills as evidence.
In the indictment hearing, Lucinta Luna was charged with Article 112 paragraph (1) or 127 paragraph (1) of the Indonesian Law No. 35 of 2009 regarding narcotics and Article 60 paragraph (3) or Article 62 of Law No. 5 of 1997 regarding psychotropics.
