Malay Singer Alfin Habib Appointed as Ambassador of Arts and Culture by the Government of Anambas Islands

Kapanlagi.com - Singer Alfin Habib has achieved another milestone. This time, the D'Academy 3 graduate was appointed as the Ambassador of Arts and Culture by the Government of Anambas Islands, Riau Islands Province.

As previously known, Alfin Habib was given the title 'Lord of Melayu' for his consistency in performing Malay songs. He has also received an honorary title from the Royal Kejeruan Metar Bilad Deli.

Wan Zuhendra, the Deputy Regent of Anambas Islands, explained about Alfin's appointment as Ambassador of Arts and Culture. According to him, Alfin is one of the young people who always defends and provides information about Malay culture to communities and previously introduced Malay music to the Indonesian music industry.

"Alfin Habib has been appointed as an arts ambassador, this is a responsibility for Alfin," said Wan Zuhendra on Alfin Habib's Instagram.

Alfin also expresses gratitude for the appointment. He feels proud and happy to be given this trust.

The singer's name Alfin Habib or Habib DA became known after entering the top 5 of D'Academy 3 with Duo Alfin on Indosiar. From there, his name rose and he also participated in D'Academy Asia season two.

Aside from being a skilled singer, Alfin Habib is also adept at acting. He often appears in several FTVs and has also made a cameo in a movie.
