Many Exams, Selfi LIDA Asks for Prayers to Stay Consistent in Wearing Hijab

Kapanlagi.com - Selfi Yamma, or commonly known as Selfi LIDA, has been changing her appearance by wearing hijab for several months. During that time, she has faced many challenges.

"Wearing hijab comes with many exams. There are those who support and those who oppose. But God willing, I will stay consistent. Selfi also wants to uphold the message from many people to be steadfast," said Selfi when contacted on Wednesday (19/8/2020).

1. Don't Want to Take Off the Hijab

Selfi doesn't want to mention what kind of test she is facing. She only hopes that with her change in dressing, it will make her a better person and not hinder her career in the world of singing.

"Now I keep improving myself. I don't want to take off the hijab halfway. Hopefully Selfi's career will continue and hopefully it can progress even further, please pray that I can be consistent," she hopes.

2. Currently Likes Korean Style

Regarding the Muslim clothing she wears, Selfi admits to liking the Korean style. She also often searches for references for Muslim clothing through social media platforms and search engines.

"Just wear trendy clothing, there are many on Google, for references I often use YouTube for hijab Korean style. Basically, it should look fashionable and suitable for young people, because Selfi is only 21 years old," she said.
