From Mustofa's confession, it is known that Rizki DA has divorced Nadya several times. However, it is not considered valid because it was not spoken in court as the applicable procedure.

"In court, what is said outside of court is not considered as divorce. So divorce is considered valid after there is a court decision and the husband has pronounced divorce in front of the court," he said.

"If it is explained in the request letter that divorce has been pronounced twice due to disputes. But it is not considered as an official divorce. Because now, what is official is in court, there is no term for divorce, no matter how many times the husband pronounces divorce, it is not considered," he continued.

In the first divorce hearing, both Rizki and Nadya Mustika were absent. Therefore, the hearing will be continued tomorrow.

"The first hearing was only for the power of attorney. The next hearing is on December 9th, if I'm not mistaken," said Subai.

"It is stated in Case Number 2790/Pdt.G/PA.Badg under the name of Rizky Syafrudin and his wife," he said.
