This year's Ramadan is a special moment for the singer of the song Alamat Palsu, Ayu Ting Ting. The 32-year-old woman has once again been trusted to fill the Pas Buka Theater program on TRANS7, which features a comedy sketch concept set in a cinema. This program has become one of the favorite shows leading up to iftar and features top comedians, including Andre Taulany, Wendy Cagur, Surya Insomnia, and Dicky Difie.
“Alhamdulillah I am still trusted by TRANS7 to fill the iftar event. Yes, alhamdulillah it is a blessing, I am happy, and grateful to still be a part of the family here every Ramadan,” said Ayu Ting Ting when met on Jalan Kapten Tendean, Mampang, South Jakarta, Tuesday (18/3/2025).
The Pas Buka Theater program not only features comedy sketches but also presents guest stars, movie and soap opera parodies, as well as teachings from Ustadz Wijayanto and Ustadz Dennis Lim. This program airs live every day at 4:00 PM WIB.
Ayu Ting Ting, who has been involved in this event for five years, expressed her happiness to continue contributing. "It's the 5th year. Alhamdulillah, still cute, but still funny now too. So I'm happy, alhamdulillah I'm still invited, still able to fill the event, happy," said the mother of one child.
During Ramadan, Ayu's schedule becomes busier compared to regular days. Besides the Pas Buka Theater, she also has to continue filming other programs on TRANS7.
"Yes, if Ramadan this year has a packed schedule. Because after breaking the fast, we immediately continue shooting other things as well, but still here. It's more packed than the usual days before Ramadan," he revealed.
This busyness makes Ayu's break time more limited. After returning from night shooting, she has to make good use of her time before preparing for sahur. "Yes, usually if I come home from night shooting, I go straight to sleep. Most likely, if I get home around 10 or 10:30, I won’t go to sleep immediately, I’ll clean up first, chat with the kids if they aren’t asleep yet, and I’ll go to sleep by 11:30 or midnight at the latest. Then I wake up again at half past 3 for sahur," she explained.
However, Ayu admitted that she is grateful because she did not take on work for sahur programs, so she still has more time to rest. “Fortunately, I didn’t take a sahur event either,” added the singer of this hit song.
In addition to being busy with her work, Ayu still prioritizes time for her family, especially her daughter, Bilqis Khumairah Razak. Despite her tight schedule, she tries to maintain moments of togetherness with her child, especially after returning from shooting.
