Regarding Allegations of Saipul Jamil's Glorification of Freedom, Here's What His Brother Says

Kapanlagi.com - Samsul Hidayatullah, who is the brother of dangdut singer Saipul Jamil, speaks up about the allegations of glorification on the day of his brother's freedom from Lapas 2 Cipinang. According to Samsul, everything that happened when his brother was released from prison was not as accused by many people.

"There is no glorification or showing off as if Saipul won. So, Saipul was not aware of the welcoming," said Samsul when contacted by reporters on Wednesday (8/9).

"So, regarding those who picked him up and brought flowers, one of them is Indah Sari, his foster mother Hetty, and also Ayu, who initiated the flower necklace as a gift from Hetty's mother who couldn't attend," added Samsul.

Samsul also emphasized that they had actually prepared a minibus to pick up his brother upon his release from prison.

"As for the red luxury car, it belongs to Indah Sari personally, and it was her initiative. There was no intention to show off because only a few close people were present, and it was mainly friends from the media who attended. We did not invite the media friends who were present that day," explained Samsul.

Even Saipul Jamil initially did not want to until finally avoided the media crew who wanted to ask for his time for an interview.
