Invited to the latest podcast by Deddy Corbuzier on YouTube, Ayu Ting Ting finally gave clarification. She denied that her marriage with Adit Jayusman fell apart because of the billion rupiah dowry request.

"So, here's the thing, master, the news about my failed marriage was circulating, it's just that it's not meant to be. And then, master, in the news, it was said that I asked for a dowry (5 billion rupiah), but I'm not that kind of woman," Ayu said to Deddy.

Not stopping there, Ayu Ting Ting also added that she is not a woman who judges men based on material possessions or wealth. Instead, she is looking for a life partner who can be a good leader, especially since she already has a child from a previous marriage.

"I mean, I'm the type of person who never judges someone based on material possessions. I mean, money can be earned, but what I need is a man who can truly protect me and my child," she added.

Hearing what Ayu said, Deddy responded, "That's a lie. So, you want someone who can protect you but not someone who is poor?"

"Well, what I mean is, he should have a stable job but I'm not looking for someone who is wealthy. The most important thing is that the man is responsible," Ayu explained her ideal husband type.

Meanwhile, Ayu's statement requesting a dowry of Rp 5 billion was actually intentional. She admitted that she was annoyed by various circulating news.

"I'm so annoyed being constantly talked about, so I decided to make it live on TV, 'Oh well, if anyone wants to marry me, prepare 5 billion for the dowry.' Not long after, I also said, 'This will soon become a headline'. Seriously, just let it be," she concluded.
