Staying Active Working During the Pandemic, Inul Daratista Routinely Swab Tested Every 2 Weeks

Because of her busy schedule, Inul has been regularly doing swab tests. Although it feels uncomfortable in the nose and throat, Inul does it every 2 weeks.

Inul revealed her new routine through a post on Instagram. She conducted a swab test inside her car, and the personnel who came approached her wearing complete personal protective equipment (PPE).

"Routine SWAB. High activity. High discipline. Never been late for a COVID test every two weeks. Alhamdulillah, consistently negative for 10 months," Inul wrote on her Instagram account, @inul.d.

Inul also advised everyone to continue wearing masks, maintaining distance, and avoiding crowds. As someone who has to be active outside her home, she undergoes swab tests to protect herself and the surrounding environment.

She also emphasized the importance of regularly washing hands. Discipline is the key to prevent getting infected by the coronavirus that still exists in Indonesia.
