Success in Career in Indonesia, Jirayut Reveals Not Many People in Thailand Know His Journey

Kapanlagi.com - Jirayut started his career in the entertainment industry in Indonesia since participating in D'Academy Asia season four held in 2018. Although he was eliminated in the top ten round, Indosiar managed to develop his talent as a presenter.

When he first came to Jakarta from Thailand, Jirayut's ability to speak Indonesian can be considered very limited. But he was willing to learn, so now he is fluent.

"When I came to Indonesia, my language skills were not yet fluent, please understand. It was difficult to balance being a host. In order to be able to do it, I tried my best to observe other hosts, often watched YouTube and learned by myself from there," Jirayut said as quoted from a statement via Zoom, Thursday (4/1).

1. Forgot Thai Language

Now Jirayut is very fluent in speaking Indonesian. He admits that he has somewhat forgotten the Thai language because he constantly speaks Indonesian.

"I speak Indonesian so much that I have forgotten the Thai language. That's how it is," said the owner of the birth name Afisan Jehderamae.

2. Not Well Known in Thailand

The name Jirayut is already very well known in Indonesia. However, when he returns to his hometown, it turns out that not many people are aware of his achievements.

"If in the hometown, people there already know (about being a public figure). But it's not as widespread as in Indonesia, it's still limited to certain regions," explained Jirayut.
