Through Selfi Yamma's Latest Work, Eight Young Dangdut Singers Unite Against Corona

Lesti, along with other young dangdut singers, will invite music enthusiasts to donate on the official website kitabisa.com, and the proceeds from the fundraising will be distributed to the medical team.

Not only that, they will also donate all the income from the new song video clip Ramadan Berkah uploaded on the 3D Entertainment YouTube channel. This is a form of concern as well as support from these young dangdut singers in supporting efforts to deal with Covid-19.

In addition, it turns out that Ramadhan Berkah was created by Selfi Yamma without planning, at that time when she was taking vocals, suddenly she was asked to make a religious song. Selfi's colleagues welcomed her work, one of them being Lesti who gave a positive response to Selfi's work.

2. Challenging Oneself

"Initially, Selfi was recording two songs in the office, then Mr. Yo (Managing Director of 3D Entertainment) entered the recording studio and asked if Selfi could create a religious song, I was surprised and unsure if I could do it. I challenged myself to create it and initially I made a melancholic one, but I changed my mind, it seemed more fun to make a cheerful one, because there are already too many slow-tempo religious songs," said Selfi.

3. Already Released Since March

"I'm really happy to sing the song Ramadan Berkah by Selfi, hopefully it will be successful and the song will be well-received," said Lesti.

This song, written by Selfi with the help of Yusup Tojiri, Adibal Sahrul, and the A&R team, was actually released on March 12, 2020, on a music streaming application, but the music video was only launched on April 9, 2020.
