"Yes, now he is on a diet, hopefully he will lose weight quickly. His exercise and eating patterns are regulated because coincidentally my sister also went to a nutritionist, to Dr. Feni, so she is being monitored by Dr. Feni," she continued.

Lesti Kejora also manages her husband's eating habits to ensure the smooth progress of his diet. According to Lesti Kejora, her husband loves sweet drinks and Padang rice, which causes his weight to increase quickly.

"Yes, I arrange breakfast, lunch, afternoon, and dinner. Carbohydrate diet. My sister likes to drink sweet things, oh she can have several bottles, and she really loves Padang rice, but now she's cutting back on it," said the singer of "Once in a Lifetime".

"Yesterday, in less than a week, I lost 1.5 kilos. Hopefully, it won't take a month because ideally, it should only be 74, it was 78 before, and now it's 76 if I'm not mistaken," continued Lesti Kejora.
