Recently, Evi Masamba also expressed her opinion about developing a region. For this D'Academy singer, developing a region does not require having a bachelor's degree. 

"No need to be a bachelor's degree holder to develop your own region, but sincere intentions must be built within oneself, and remember that some educated individuals cannot be responsible and can ruin their own region," Evi Masamba wrote on her Instagram.

Evi Masamba's post immediately received criticism from netizens. Apparently, many misunderstood the words spoken by Evi Masamba. 

They considered what Evi said as unethical because it marginalized individuals with bachelor's degrees.
