Kapanlagi.com - Ndarboy Genk, a singer whose name skyrocketed through the song Mendung Tanpo Udan created by Kukuh Prasetyo, seems more determined to pursue his career in the music industry. After releasing an album in the form of a Limited Edition Box Set titled 'Cidro Asmoro', in early 2022 he will hold his first concert tour.

The tour will be held on January 5th and will cover the islands of Java, Bali, and Papua. Not only that, before starting the concert, Ndaru, also known as Ndarboy Genk, will visit Suriname to continue what the campursari maestro, the late Didi Kempot, had done.
 
"Later, I will tour Java, Bali, Papua, starting on January 5th, and this year I want to go to Suriname, to establish a connection like what the late Didi had done between Suriname and Indonesia. It turns out that there are many Javanese people there, okay, those who can speak Javanese, and Javanese songs are highly popular there," said Ndarboy Genk when met in the Ciputat area, South Tangerang, on Sunday night (26/12).

The uniqueness of the tour concert is that Ndarboy Genk only relies on confidence. Apparently, there is no involvement of sponsors funding the tour concert.

Later on, Ndarboy will also crash wedding parties if encountered during the journey.

"The tour is not just about money, because we will entertain orphan friends, disaster victims in Lumajang, oh yes, if we come across a wedding on the way, we will crash the wedding," he said.

"Not yet certain, maybe someone wants to give. But if there really is no (sponsor) in the album. We will depart without a sponsor but if we encounter an event on the way," he continued.

In addition, he emphasized that the tour concert is only funded by confidence. And relies on a bus donated by his colleagues.

"Anyway, let's stay enthusiastic and not give up, the important thing is that we believe because in this song there is a song called Yang Penting Yakin! (The Important Thing is to Believe!), on January 5th we have to leave, we might get a bus for support but not a sponsor, the result of hard work, and I am very grateful to have many friends who can support each other," he concluded.
