Accused of Using Drugs, Justin Bieber Denies and Claims to Have Lyme Disease

Because of his acne-covered face and his visibly thin body, Justin Bieber was accused of using drugs. Not accepting the emergence of these false rumors, the husband of Hailey Baldwin finally spoke up.

Through his Instagram account, Justin vehemently denied the drug abuse allegations directed at him recently. He also made a surprising announcement regarding his physical health condition.

"When there are so many people saying that Justin Bieber looks like trash, uses drugs, and so on, they fail to realize that recently I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease," Justin Bieber wrote in his post.

"Not only that, I also suffer from chronic mono which affects my skin, brain function, energy, and overall health," added Justin who promised to explain his illness through a video that will be uploaded on his YouTube channel.

2. What Is Lyme Disease & Chronic Mono?

For those of you who are curious, Lyme Disease is a dangerous bacteria caused by tick bites. Infection from these ticks not only creates red rashes, but also causes joint pain, nerve disorders, and even heart problems.

In addition to Justin, there have been several artists who have also suffered from Lyme Disease. Among them are Avril Lavigne, Bella Hadid, Alec Baldwin, and many more.

Meanwhile, the chronic mono that Justin suffers from is a disease caused by a contagious virus from saliva. The symptoms include high fever, swollen lymph nodes in the neck, fatigue, and sore throat.
