After more than two decades, the legendary Norwegian pop duo, M2M, consisting of Marit Larsen and Marion Raven, surprised fans with a special performance of their hit song, The Day You Went Away. This moment evoked nostalgia for fans who have been anticipating their return to the music world.
M2M gained widespread recognition in the early 2000s with their debut album, SHADES OF PURPLE, which featured the song Don't Say You Love Me, the soundtrack of POKEMON: THE FIRST MOVIE. They then released their second album, THE BIG ROOM, in 2002, with the successful single What You Do About Me. Unfortunately, after this album, they decided to part ways and pursue solo careers.
Marion Raven made her solo debut in America with the song Here I Am (2005), followed by Heads Will Roll (2006) and Set Me Free (2007). Meanwhile, Marit Larsen stayed in Norway and released her first solo album, Under The Surface.
