From the number achieved, the movie produced by MD Pictures also broke the record as the best-selling horror movie of all time. As an actress, Adinda Thomas feels grateful that the movie she starred in with Tissa Biani has been watched by millions of viewers in cinemas.

"It was a burden during casting when I was offered the character of Widya or Nur. It turns out that I was chosen to be Widya and Tissa Biani was chosen to be Nur. When I asked Tissa, it turned out that she was also offered the role of Nur or Widya and we had to wait and see which one was suitable," she said.

"I am just grateful that it turned out like this. Hopefully, everyone likes me playing the character of Widya in the movie KKN Di Desa Penari, and hopefully, Indonesian friends will continue to support Indonesian movies, not just foreign movies," concluded Adinda Thomas.
