Causing a Stir, Film 'KRAMAT TUNGGAK' Adapted into a Feature Film and Still Starring Siskaeee

Kapanlagi.com - After causing a stir with various controversies, the film KRAMAT TUNGGAK is back and will grace the screens of the homeland in 2024. Siskaeee has been chosen as the main character in the film produced by Infinity 8 Film in collaboration with Citrus Sinema.

This film will be directed by Andry Ganda Wijaya and produced by Reza Nangin. The film Kramat Tunggak will tell the story of a well-known location with its adult life, where a commercial sex worker (PSK) wants to escape from her dark life in Kramat Tunggak.

Marcel Chandrawinata, CEO of Infinity 8 Film, revealed that he tried to give his best for this film. He admitted that he knew the name of this film had been controversial.

"This is our first project, we try to bring various colors through the film KRAMAT TUNGGAK. Yes, KRAMAT TUNGGAK is known for many negative news. Here, we give the opportunity for the actors to be creative," said Marcel when met in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday (29/11).

2. Bringing Positive Values

Meanwhile, Andry Ganda Wijaya feels that this is a wild idea that he himself did not expect to be well received. He also ensures that his film will bring positive values to the audience.

"I personally am quite surprised that there are friends who are willing to join my crazy and wild idea. With the previous viral case, many rejected it, but they dared," said Andry.

"Although this film contains vulgar visuals, it will also highlight harsh reality and positive values that can be taken home by the audience," he continued.

3. Siskaeee Wants to Create

In addition, Siskaeee herself explained her reasons for accepting the offer to star in a film that once dragged her name into the legal realm. She emphasized that she indeed wants to have a work that can be enjoyed by the public.

"This is a real film. Why did I want to do it? Because I want to clear my name. Because the people behind the making of this film are no longer doubted in terms of their dedication and the result of their work," said Siskaeee.

"Why did Siska join? Because Siska wants to have a work and this is her first one. Moreover, Kramat Tunggak is synonymous with my previous case. Because it's something new for Siska, she gets to meet many great people, gain new knowledge, inspiration, and more," she concluded.
