Interestingly, when first contacted by Agung Saputra as the producer, Rudi ignored the incoming text message. Only after two additional messages were sent did the renowned director finally respond.

"Convincing Mas Rudi is not easy. The first chat was ignored, the second chat was still ignored until I finally met him," said Agung when met at a press conference in the Thamrin area, Central Jakarta, on Friday (13/9/2024).

"I have been in the film industry for decades. There are many people who message me asking to meet, but it’s unclear. Some have met and shaken hands, but there’s no budget yet. Since this happens often, it can be exhausting. Maybe God has shown me, there was one moment when I finally replied. Nothing to lose, the longer we know each other, the more comfortable we become and we became friends," said Rudi on the same occasion.

DON'T BLAME ME FOR CHEATING will once again explore the story of infidelity. However, when the promotional material was first released online, the response was unexpectedly positive, prompting WeTV to eagerly schedule its airing starting September 27, 2024.

"The issue of infidelity is a classic story but relevant and raises many questions. After the teaser was released yesterday, there were many questions about whether infidelity can be cured?
